Terms of Use

A print is a physical photograph, made to order. You are buying the print itself, not the photograph in it. Copyright stays with me. That means you can hang it, gift it, or resell that individual print, but not reproduce it, scan it, make more copies, or use the image commercially. If you want to license an image for something, just ask.

Prints are produced and shipped by Prodigi, a professional print lab, from a facility in the United States. They ship directly to you, so the return address will not be mine. Shipping is tracked and currently US only.

Every print is made after you order it, so allow time for production on top of transit. Every order ships tracked, and I pass the tracking along by email once the lab hands it off.

If your print shows up damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email me within 30 days with a photo of the problem and I will replace it or refund it. You will not need to ship the damaged one back.

Because each print is made for your order, I do not take general change-of-mind returns. If something is wrong with the print itself though, that is on me to fix.

You choose the crop and framing when you order, and the preview on the product page is what gets printed. Print sizes are nominal industry sizes and small trim variation is normal. Colors on a screen and colors on paper are never a perfect match, especially between different monitors.

Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

MusterVault and this website do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and are not accredited to represent anyone before the Department of Veterans Affairs. The app never advises what to claim, suggests statement wording, or predicts ratings.

The reference calculators (combined rating, compensation amounts, BAH) are informational lookups of publicly published government tables, applied to numbers you enter from your own award letters. Published rates change; the official figures are always the ones on your VA decision letter, at VA.gov, and from DoD — rely on those.

Your vault lives on your computer, encrypted with a password only you hold. There is no password recovery — by design. Keep your password safe and make regular backups with the built-in backup feature; if both are lost, your data is unrecoverable and that is the cost of the privacy the product promises.

MusterVault is licensed, not sold: a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own records. Pre-release (beta) versions are provided free of charge for evaluation and feedback.

MusterVault is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms may be updated as things evolve; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
